Chocolate Mousse
I've loved this recipe since I was a kid. To change it up you can add chocolate chunks (small bits) or toffee bits to it. You can top it with whipped cream.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 eggs (or egg substitute)
- Mix all together
- Freeze for later
